Peacockcare Carpentry provides premium carpentry and woodworking services including but not limited to:

• Kitchen cabinetry and installation
• Office interior woodwork
• Home renovation and remodeling
• Wooden flooring installation
• Wall paneling and decorative woodwork
• Bedroom suite creation

All services are subject to availability and may vary based on project requirements, location, and scheduling.

3. Quotes and Estimates

Quotes provided through our website, phone, or in-person consultations are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary depending on:

• Changes in project scope or specifications
• Material availability and price fluctuations
• Site conditions and accessibility
• Additional requirements discovered during the project

A formal written estimate or contract will be provided before any work begins. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

4. Payments and Billing

Payment terms are as follows unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• A deposit of 30-50% is required before work commences
• Progress payments may be required for larger projects
• Final payment is due upon project completion and client inspection
• All payments are due within 14 days of invoice date

Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and approved financing options. Late payments may incur additional charges as outlined in the project contract.

5. Project Timelines

We strive to complete all projects within the agreed-upon timelines. However, estimated completion dates are approximate and may be affected by:

• Weather conditions affecting material delivery or installation
• Supply chain disruptions or material shortages
• Client-requested changes or modifications
• Unforeseen site conditions
• Force majeure events

We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize their impact on your project.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate project specifications and requirements
• Ensuring adequate access to the work site
• Obtaining any necessary permits or approvals
• Securing property and removing valuable items from work areas
• Timely decision-making on design approvals and material selections

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, drawings, and concepts created by Peacockcare Carpentry remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use the designs for the specific project. Reproduction, distribution, or use of our designs for other purposes without written permission is prohibited.

8. Warranty and Guarantees

Peacockcare Carpentry stands behind the quality of our workmanship:

• All carpentry work carries a workmanship warranty as specified in the project contract
• Material warranties are passed through from manufacturers where applicable
• Warranty coverage does not include damage from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
• Warranty claims must be reported within the specified warranty period

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peacockcare Carpentry shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Damage resulting from client-provided materials
• Pre-existing structural or site conditions

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

10. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and rescheduling are subject to the following terms:

• Cancellations more than 14 days before project start: Full deposit refund minus administrative fees
• Cancellations 7-14 days before project start: 50% deposit refund
• Cancellations less than 7 days before project start: No deposit refund
• Work in progress can be halted at a natural stopping point with payment for work completed

11. Privacy and Data Protection

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of New York.
